General Statement of Responsibility:
Blanket Fort of Hope is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Master’s-Level Social Worker to join our team at the Restoration Group Home. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and are in need of a safe, stable, and supportive environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Licensed in the state
At least two years of relevant experience working with youth in a group home, foster care, mental health, residential, or therapeutic setting
Strong skills in case management, crisis response, and trauma-informed care
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Must pass all background checks and meet applicable state and agency requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical support and case management for residents
Minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Coordinate services with families, schools, healthcare providers, and external agencies
Advocate for the rights and well-being of youth in care
Support the overall mission and values of Blanket Fort of Hope through ethical and compassionate practice

Part-Time Position | In-Person | Rotating Shifts
General Statement of Responsibility:
Blanket Fort Hope is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Youth Care Specialists to join our team at the Restoration Home in Shelby County, AL. The girls who call our home their safe place need more than care—they need consistency, stability, and trusted presence. This hands-on role is an opportunity to walk alongside them in their healing journey by providing trauma-informed, faith-based support in a structured and nurturing environment through Blanket Fort Hope.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with youth, childcare, residential care, mentoring, or similar settings preferred
Strong ability to remain calm and supportive in emotionally challenging situations
Commitment to trauma-informed care and Christ-centered values
Reliable, dependable, and able to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
Must pass all required background checks and meet applicable state and agency requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily routines including meals, school prep, activities, and bedtime structure
Provide consistent emotional support and positive role modeling
Build safe, trusting relationships with residents through presence and encouragement
Assist in maintaining a stable, structured, and therapeutic home environment
Respond to behavioral and emotional needs using trauma-informed practices
Support the mission and values of Blanket Fort Hope through compassionate, faith-based care
